From the very first day she opened the Law Offices of Jennifer B. Siverts in 2009, Jennifer’s vision was to create a law firm where clients were treated with dignity and compassion, not just as a case number or source of profit. She has devoted over a decade to representing clients in personal injury and property-related litigation and family law, bankruptcy, and estate planning matters.

Jennifer is a cum laude graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she was editor of the university newspaper. She is admitted to practice law in all state courts in California and all four U.S. District Courts in California.

Fighting the good fight requires equal amounts of toughness and compassion. In addition to being a strong-willed and passionate advocate for her clients, Jennifer has earned a reputation for her keen legal mind. She won the prestigious Burton Award for Legal Achievement in 2006 for her scholarship that appeared in the Thomas Jefferson Law Review.  

Family is important for Jennifer, as is giving back to her community, a passion she inherited from her philanthropy-minded mother while in elementary school, which she’s now passing on to her own child. Jennifer has donated to – and served on the boards of – many nonprofits and advocates for accessible healthcare, children’s rights, and ending hunger and homelessness. The Filipino American Humanitarian Foundation recognized Jennifer’s philanthropic and community-based work in 2014 with the Excellence in Community Service Award. She has also received the Smokey Mountain Children 2010 Humanitarian Award, among other honors.

In her spare time, Jennifer is an avid yogi, enjoys hiking, eating out, cooking, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
