Adam M. Kent is a highly regarded employment law expert who’s been a fixture at Siverts Law, APC for ten years. While Adam has experience representing both employers and employees, his passion is fighting for the underdog, which usually means advocating for employees who suffered harm at the workplace and/or whose civil rights were violated. Good thing Adam’s specialty is litigating employment law cases. He doesn’t abide discrimination in any form, and has successfully advocated for members of the disability community and racial and ethnic groups who were discriminated against at work. Adam graduated with a B.A. from Pepperdine University, where he earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution, and received his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. He is a member in good standing of several bar associations, including the American Bar Association and the San Diego Bar Association.
